Coach Phil Smith commented “After nearly beating Ayr in the away fixture we will go into the fixture hopeful that a repeat performance will mean we again will be in the game throughout. Ayr are obviously the form team this season and any drop in level will mean we will be put under pressure which is something we have been guilty of during games this season so a real focus will be to stay at the top of our game as long as possible. We are still chasing a B & I cup place so there is lots to play for as Ayr try and close out the league title.”
