All, in our efforts to hit the ground running, in what will be the final ever Premiership before the move into “ Super 6 Rugby”, please be aware of the following arrangements.
June – we will train every Tuesday in June, starting on the 5th, with a mix of touch games and fitness.
June – we will train every Saturday in June, starting on the 9th. These sessions will be cross-fit based and the venues will be announced on the Tuesday before.
July – the traditional Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday preseason sessions will start on Tuesday 3rd July.
August – we have fixtures every weekend in August prior to the start of the season on the 1st September.
